About the author
Rodrigo Silva, is a data scientist and design strategist. He graduated in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM, Porto Alegre, Brazil. In 2019, he completed his master’s degree in Communication Sciences, Contemporary Culture and New Technologies, at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (NOVA/FCSH, Lisbon, Portugal). In the previous year, in 2018, he started his PhD in Communication Sciences, at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ISCSP-UL, Lisbon, Portugal). At the moment, he is developing doctoral research dealing with the proliferation of fake news in the Brazilian political scene.
